The National Civil Rights Museum’s Changing Exhibitions are generally displayed in the State of Tennessee Gallery or Legacy Building Lobby. The museum hosts a variety of exhibitions throughout the year, from artistic interpretations, artifacts, audio visual or interactive displays or objects from its collections. Traveling exhibitions may be presented, or on loan, from other institutions or artists for a limited time. At times, there are guest photography restrictions in the changing gallery space even though photography is allowed in the permanent exhibition space. The special exhibition are included with the general admission to the museum.
